Home Health Aide workers provides skilled services, including nursing care and physical, occupational, speech and respiratory therapy. We will send a licensed professional to assess home health needs and develop a complete care plan. This includes:

• Follows the plan of care to provide, safe, competent care to the patient
• Helps the patient to maintain good personal hygiene and assists in maintaining a healthful, safe environment
• Plans and prepares nutritious meals, markets when instructed to do so by the nurse
• Personal hygiene, bathing, oral care, hair care, dressing, toileting, grooming, etc.
• Caregiver is able to cook small meals
• Assists the therapy personnel as needed with rehabilitative processes
• Gives simple emotional and psychological support to the patient and other members of the household and establishes a relationship with patient and family which transmit trust and confidentiality
